DOG WALKING, PET SITTING, AND DOG TRAINING
We all have times in our lives when we might need a little extra help caring for our pets, whether it is due to long hours at work, a new baby, illness or disability, or simply because you are going on holiday.
Some of us may have friends, family or neighbours willing to help out, but to ensure your pets are in the best possible hands when you can’t be there, why not consider a fully insured, professional dog walker or pet sitter?
Training your puppy or dog is vital for being able to control them when at home or out and about. It can also be a fun way to bond and improve your relationship with your dog. As a qualified dog trainer, I use only the most up to date, scientifically sound, reward based training to ensure that learning is safe and enjoyable for all involved.

We cover anywhere within an approximately 5 mile radius of Ormskirk, which includes Burscough, Scarisbrick, Aughton and Town Green, for expert and reliable dog walking and pet sitting.
For training consultations I can travel up to 10 miles.
I offer small group dog walks, usually walking dogs in carefully matched pairs or groups of 3, though occasionally more. As well as physical exercise we aim to make walks as mentally stimulating for the dogs as possible.
THINKING OF GETTING A PUPPY?
I can offer one to one help and advice on puppy training, and how to deal with common puppy problems, such as mouthing, house training, jumping up to help you and your new puppy get off to a good start.
Puppy home visits (which can involve a short walk, feeding – if required, training, and play) are designed so that you can have peace of mind if you have to leave your puppy home alone during the day
Home visits may also be appropriate for older dogs or nervous dogs, instead of a walk, to give them an opportunity to go to the toilet and play games in the garden or indoors or just have a cuddle and some company if they get lonely at home alone.
Home visits are not a replacement for kennels or home boarding as they can not be provided for dogs who will be left alone overnight. However morning and evening pet visits can be provided for most other animals if you are going away on holiday.
I am experienced with a wide range of furry, feathered, and scaly friends, from cats, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets, to chickens, geese and ducks, bearded dragons, geckos, and even Giant African Land Snails and stick insects!
So if you are going away and need someone trustworthy to care for your pets, please get in touch.
